- 14 days of the initial purchase for hosting plans.
1.3. Conditions for Refund
Refunds will only be issued if the following conditions are meet:
- The service is terminated within the specified timeframe.
- The service was not used in violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- The account has not exceeded data transfer limits or allocated resources.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers.
- SSL certificates.
- Servers "Dedicated" and VPS, Linux and Windows.
- One-time setup fees.
- Software licenses purchased through Data Planet.
- Any fees that you paid for custom work after we started that work.
- Any type of Web Design if we already start working on it.
- Any type of Mobile Applications if we already start working on it.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Support Team via our portal "Submit Ticket".
- Provide your account details and a brief explanation for the refund request.
- Allow 7-10 business days for the processing of your request.
4. Refund Process
4.1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4.2. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4.3. In cases of fraudulent or prohibited activity, no refunds will be issued.
5. Cancellation of Services
5.1. Customers may cancel their services at any time through the customer portal or by contacting our Support Team.

6. Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us immediately. Disputing charges with your payment provider without contacting us first may delay the resolution process.
